Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in our Japanese Language Course, the student agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Enrollment
Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of the required enrollment form and payment of the enrollment fee.
An Enrollment Fee is required to confirm a student’s slot in the Japanese Language Course.
The Enrollment Fee is non-refundable once payment has been made.
However, the Enrollment Fee may be transferred to another person or used for a future batch if the originally enrolled student is unable to attend the scheduled class.
Tuition Fees and Payment
Tuition fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided by the school.
Failure to pay the required fees on time may result in suspension from attending classes until payment is completed.
All payments made to the school are non-refundable, except in cases approved by management.
Class Schedule
Students must follow the assigned class schedule.
The school reserves the right to adjust class schedules when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Classes will begin once the minimum required number of students is reached.
Attendance
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
In case of absence, the student will be responsible for catching up on missed lessons and course materials.
No make-up classes will be provided for absences, regardless of the reason.
Class materials or lesson summaries may be provided at the discretion of the instructor, but this does not replace attendance in class.
Learning Materials
The Book Fee covers the cost of learning materials required for the course.
Learning materials may include textbook copies, printed modules, worksheets, handouts, and other printouts provided by the school.
All materials provided are intended solely for the student’s personal educational use.
Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials without permission from the school is strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct
Students must behave respectfully toward teachers, staff, and fellow students.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action or removal from the course without refund.
Certificates
Certificates of completion may be issued to students who meet the required attendance and course requirements.
The school reserves the right to withhold certificates if requirements are not met.
Refund Policy
The enrollment fee is strictly non-refundable.
Tuition fees already paid are generally non-refundable
Changes to Terms
The school reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time when necessary.
Privacy
The school respects the privacy of students. Personal information collected during enrollment will be used only for school-related purposes.
